Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States

Upon order confirmation, items purchased will be charged immediately.
We are not liable for any merchandise lost, stolen or with incorrect addresses. Once item is shipped, USPS is responsible for shipment.

Return policy

For a full refund, items must be brand new and unworn with the original tags still attached. All items are returnable within a 15-day return window from the day the package was delivered. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 3-5 business days. Please allow for a period of up to 10 days for us to process the refund. Final sale items are unreturnable.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to return:

Please note, at this moment we do not cover your return shipping cost. You are responsible for all shipping costs to send your returns/exchanges back to our facility.

STEP 2: Include Returns & Exchanges form that will be emailed to you.

STEP 3: Pack up your items. Make sure to include the completed Returns & Exchanges form in your package.
